The oxidation-free color electrophoresis is to change the technology of the traditional electrophoresis process, adjust the tank liquid and operation method of the electrophoresis tank, and save the traditional three high-energy consumption processes of anodic oxidation, coloring and hole sealing. Compared with the peers in the same industry, our company has entered the era of energy conservation and environmental protection in advance. Oxidation-free color electrophoresis not only saves energy and protects the environment, but also greatly shortens the production time.

The profile subjected to oxidation-free color electrophoresis not only has high decoration and corrosion resistance, but also highly transparent resin effectively highlights the metal texture of the aluminum profile, and the whole film layer has the characteristics of acid and alkali resistance, pollution resistance, delayed aging of the aluminum profile, durability and bright luster and not easy to fade.
