Cleaning method: Cleaning method with additive Z (CPCS)

(1) Configure cleaning solution: 2% butyl, 3% ethyl glycol acetate, 0.5% formic acid, additive Z, and add it when the temperature reaches 40

(2) Matters needing attention

a. Temperature: The maximum temperature for cleaning is 55 ° C, and the cleaning is performed at intervals according to the hardness of the precipitate on the ultrafiltration membrane.

In other words, after the temperature drops, the cleaning liquid reaches the highest temperature again.

b. Pressure: During the cleaning process, the maximum pressure difference is 2 bar, and the maximum inlet pressure is 4 bar.

c. Apply the UF-P3 activation layer on the ultrafiltration membrane. The ultrafiltration equipment must be thoroughly cleaned. The significance of cleaning is to remove the residual cleaning solution.

d. It is meaningful to keep the deionized water of the cleaning solution at> 40 ° C.

e. The cleaning tank can also be performed in such a way that fresh deionized water is continuously introduced into the cleaning tank, and the amount introduced must correspond to the amount introduced into the wastewater equipment. It is important:> 40 ° C to ensure that the surfactant in the cleaning solution is dissolved.

f. After the equipment has been optimally cleaned, the system must be completely drained. Then, the UF-P3 solution was used to form an activated layer on the ultrafiltration membrane. It is important that the inlet and outlet pressures are almost equal at this time.
